You are welcome to take and use those images which we have placed into the "Free Clip-Art" pages provided certain conditions are met. Please keep in mind that in all cases ownership title remains with the Just A Touch art studio.
The Conditions of Use for Just A Touch images:
(1) If you are just going to keep the images on your own computer
and do nothing else with them then they are free to use with no restrictions.
(2) If you are going use them to make electronic greeting cards and messages
for friends; or you are going to print cards, letters or messages for friends,
and there will be no sales for profit involved, then we ask that you include a
small statement somewhere near the image that says, "Image(s) used by permission of
the Just A Touch art studio, Jonesboro, Georgia, USA - www.justatouch.com"
There will be no fees or further restrictions involved. We don't require this,
it is just a request that our work be recognized.
(3) If the image(s) are to be used on the web/internet, and the site is
NOT one of a large corporate "for profit" enterprise, then the same terms as in #2 apply,
except that this IS a requirement, and with the additional provision that
our internet URL be displayed on your site and be made a clickable link.
(4) If you wish to use them as part of something that is intended to
be sold for profit, or use them on a web/internet site that represents
a large "for profit" enterprise, then we will need more information from you
before we decide whether or not there will be any fees for their use.

(5) Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, PERMISSION IS DENIED
for the use of any of our images that will be, or may be,
associated in any way with adult content or pornography.
Be warned! Violate this rule at your peril. Some of our
images are digitally watermarked, and some are watermarked in other ways.
Some aren't watermarked at all.
